Email Marketing

Manage mailing lists, build campaigns in the same drag-and-drop canvas as your website, and see opens, clicks and unsubscribes per send. Every campaign is assembled from a fixed library of Outlook-safe blocks — table, row, cell, text, image, button, divider, spacer, social icon, QR code — so what you design is what your subscribers actually see, even in Outlook's notoriously picky rendering engine.

How it compares

Mailchimp is the best-known name and has grown into a broad marketing suite, but its free tier has shrunk over the years and automation features sit behind higher-priced plans. Constant Contact keeps things simple and beginner-friendly, with clear open/click metrics rather than Mailchimp's deeper (but more complex) reporting. Klaviyo is built specifically for ecommerce, with abandoned-cart and product-recommendation flows. SuiteStory doesn't try to out-automate Klaviyo — instead, it removes the need for a separate email tool altogether: your subscriber list is built from the same leads and forms already flowing through the platform, so there's no export/import step between your website and your inbox.

What's included

  • Mailing lists with subscribe/unsubscribe tracking and consent source logging
  • The same drag-and-drop canvas as the website builder — no separate tool to learn
  • Outlook-safe by construction: the block vocabulary compiles to real table-based HTML, not a raw WYSIWYG export
  • Open, click and unsubscribe tracking on every send, feeding directly into your Reports
  • AI-drafted campaigns you review and edit before sending — nothing sends automatically

Integrations that plug in

New subscribers can come from an embedded website form, a WhatsApp conversation, or a manually-added lead — they all land in the same mailing list. Campaign performance (sent, opened, clicked) rolls up into the Reports & Analytics module alongside your leads and blog numbers, not in a separate dashboard.

The real campaign builder — a draft email, built from real blocks.

Mailing list management — subscriber counts, one list per audience.
